Bad Cop, Good Cop
I love this story.A police officer passes a stopped school bus, but then he gives himself a ticket for the moving violation, and also tacks the appropriate 4 points onto his driving record.
I tip my hat to you, sir. For the second part, that is. The first part was just inexcusable. Which I guess is why he didn't excuse himself.
This is actually more of a "Tip of the Hat, Wag of the Finger" story, a la Stephen Colbert.
